Project Overview

We are recruiting product testers for UEMAN RYOSHOKU SEIFUNSHO. The product we'd like you to evaluate is "WA-PANKO." After using the product in your own cooking, your task is to answer a survey that consists of a maximum of 15 questions, asking you to evaluate the dish you made with the panko, how else you think you could use the panko, and so forth.

We'll also ask you to upload photos of how you used the product. If you can also share your photos of the dish to social media such as Instagram that would be especially appreciated (but not required). Posts (submissions) may be used by the client and Japan Spark on the websites, social media, and print media operated by them.

Founded in 1928, UEMAN RYOSHOKU SEIFUNSHO makes rice flour, kinako (roasted soybean flour), and other rice and soy products. We want our customers to enjoy the natural flavors of the ingredients we use, so we avoid additives and artificial colors and instead use only carefully selected ingredients.

About the Product

WA-PANKO Rice Breadcrumbs

“WA-PANKO” are gluten-free panko breadcrumbs made purely from Japanese rice. No wheat and no additives are used. WA-PANKO breadcrumbs also absorb approximately 40% less oil compared to wheat breadcrumbs, meaning you can enjoy healthier fried foods.
