About Miwa Yamamoto
Miwa Yamamoto is the oldest maker of hand-pulled somen noodles in Japan, having been founded in 1717 in the Nara prefecture of Kansai.
The company's main products are hand-pulled somen noodles, other dried noodles and noodle soups. However, in keeping with recent changes in dietary habits, Miwa Yamamoto also manufactures instant noodles that can be eaten easily and quickly.
In addition to these, the company is also developing products that showcase the regional characteristics of Nara Prefecture.

About the Product
JUST ADD A HOT-POT (Working name)
These hand-pulled somen noodles have been specially processed to create instant noodles. To eat them, all you need is a pot or some soup that you can boil the noodles in. Without the need to wash the noodles after boiling, you can make "soup somen" out of any meal just by simmering the product for two minutes.
The noodles are characterized by their firmness, smooth texture and resilience when boiled.
※ Since this is a prototype, the design of the packaging is subject to change at any time.
