Project Description
We are recruiting product testers for Hap Bee Bee. The product we will provide for testing is their 'ULTRAMIX pancake mix.' Testers will have the opportunity to sample the product and provide feedback on its taste. Additionally, we will ask up to 10 questions in a survey, including ideas for selling the product in Singapore.
We kindly request that testers provide photo data of their product-tasting experience and, optionally, share their experience on social media platforms such as Instagram. Please be aware that any photos and survey responses you provide may be featured and used by the client and Japan Spark on their managed websites, social media platforms, and printed materials.

About the Product
In 2006, the idea for this pancake mix was born when our founder created pancakes for their child's baby food. It is a mix that produces fluffy pancakes with a chewy texture, free from trans fats, and enriched with Hokkaido buttermilk, using aluminum-free leavening agents. It gained popularity in Japan, particularly among mothers of infants, and has also been exported to Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, China, and other countries.
Designed with an emphasis on avoiding excessive salt and sugar content, this mix is trans-fat-free and does not contain chemical seasonings, flavorings, or artificial colorings. It allows you to easily prepare healthy pancakes for both infants and adults.
To prepare, simply mix the powder with eggs and milk to create the batter, and then cook each side on a frying pan or hot plate for approximately 1-2 minutes. With a little creativity, you can also use this mix to make pound cakes, cupcakes, crepes, cookies, and more.

How to eat
Mix 1 whole egg and 200 ml of milk with 1 bag of this product to make a dough. Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan and bake over low heat for about 1.5 minutes on the front side and 1~2 minutes on the back side.
