How to eat

Fukuoka Pickles (Garlic) tastes just as good whether you eat them as-is or cook them. You can add your favorite oil and seasonings to any leftover pickle solution to make a dressing, or mince the garlic and use it as a sauce for carpaccio.

GARLIC DRESSING

Simply mix it with your favorite oil (olive oil, flaxseed oil, sesame oil etc.) to make a delicious garlic dressing.

CARPACCIO

Just add chopped garlic and some of the pickle solution to your favorite fish sashimi.
